After years of building a strong reputation with suppliers and an international base for delivering goods, our client won an exclusive contract to deliver electronics products in the UK with a major electronics retailer whose sales in the US alone exceeded $1bn annually.  The  commercial success brought with it operational challenges both in meeting stringent customer SLAs and a surge in demand. UK ENGINEERING FIRM - Creating £150k in cost savings by increasing operational efficiency

A fast growing engineering firm was rapidly expanding its operations to provide specialist manufacturing services to customers in the UK. While top line revenues were growing, senior management realised that operating margins had fallen substantially which made it harder to increase profits. In essence, costs had grown faster than revenue. The challenge was to increase operating efficiency without reducing headcount.
